Welcome to Tuned4U. These Terms of Use govern the use of our website and of our personalized song creation services. Tuned4U is a brand operated by JB Soluções Digitais Ltda, registered in Brazil under CNPJ (tax ID) no. 52.138.763/0001-05. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Tuned4U creates personalized songs to order, based on the information and story you provide. Production uses technology and curation resources, and delivery is digital (audio and, when included in the plan, a player and an exclusive page).

2. Registration and information provided

To produce your song, we collect data such as your name, email, phone number, and the details of the story you want to immortalize. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for having permission to use the names and data of any third parties mentioned in the order.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are displayed at the time of purchase, in the currency shown on the payment page, and may include add-ons you choose. Payment is processed by payment partners; production begins after payment confirmation.

4. Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the plan and add-ons chosen and is stated at the time of purchase. Times are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand, which we will communicate when applicable.

5. Revisions and satisfaction

We work to make your song exactly what you imagined. As announced on the site, you are entitled to one free revision and to a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery: if you are still not satisfied after the revision, we refund 100% of the amount paid.

6. Ownership and use of the song

The song created is intended for your personal, non-commercial use (gift, tribute, celebration). Commercial uses must be arranged with our team in advance. Tuned4U retains the rights to its methods, processes and brand materials.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use the service for content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, that violates third-party rights, or that involves data of minors without the consent of their legal guardian.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided to the best of our ability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuned4U is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or of the song, without prejudice to the rights guaranteed by applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown above.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the company is based, without prejudice to any rights granted to you by the consumer protection laws of your country. For any dispute, consumers may turn to the consumer protection bodies of their jurisdiction.
